Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a IO Senior Medical Representative to work in the field in China. The ideal candidate will have in-depth product knowledge and disease area knowledge, as well as the ability to meet or exceed regional targets and execute market strategy.
Requirements
- Deep product knowledge and disease area knowledge
- Ability to meet or exceed regional targets
- Execution of market manager-defined market strategy
- Understanding of key HCPs in the region and responsible area
- Regular updates of customer data
- Coordination of local 'in-office' meetings
- Timely updates of HCP information and adherence to visit plans
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key HCPs and understanding client (medical) needs
- Meeting and maintaining company requirements for visit rate, knowledge, skills, behavior, and personal appearance
- Regular reporting of visit situations in the ETMS system
- Providing accurate reports and contacting direct supervisors according to established procedures
- Providing information to direct supervisors about BMS promotional material effectiveness
- Developing and improving professional knowledge through training, conferences, and self-study of medical literature
- Sharing knowledge and experience with team members
- Managing professional equipment and promotional materials to ensure their integrity
