R&D Engineer Hardware position at Broadcom, specializing in high-speed analog circuit design for wireline transceivers, with a focus on high-speed ADC and DAC design, high-speed PLL design, and equalization techniques for backplanes and optical links.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience or PhD and no experience
• Experience in one or more of the following design areas: High-Speed ADC and DAC Design, High-Speed PLL Design, High Linearity TIA and Laser Driver Design, Equalization Techniques for Backplanes and Optical Links, High-Speed Low Latency Clock & Data Recovery Circuits, High-speed RF techniques, LNA, Power Amplifier Circuits
• Circuit & Layout expertise in advanced process nodes (2nm, 3nm, 5nm, 7nm CMOS FinFet), Strong understanding and user experience in EM tools such as HFSS, EMX, Strong DSP knowledge, and capability to analyze systems using Matlab and Verilog AMS
