Plan, establish, deliver, and maintain an active Junior Reserve Officer's Training Program, embodying the highest standards of military science.

Requirements

• An earned associate degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of military service and currently hold (or last held) a military rank of E6 to E9, CWO1 to CWO5, or O3 to O6.
• Successful completion of specialized training programs for junior reserve officer's training corps or experience in administering or teaching educational programs in military service.
