Senior Design Manager

Requirements

• Manage and execute work on wastewater and water utilities and industrial facilities
• Work on engineering designs preparing reports, construction plans, specifications, calculations, equipment selection, and cost estimates
• Direct multi-discipline design project resources and interface with Clients
• Meet budget and profitability goals for assigned projects
• Maintain existing clients and develop new client relationships
• Provide consultation in specialized areas
• Improve company resources and tools to improve design production and efficiency
• Prepare and make presentations to clients for project technical meetings
• Supervise and mentor teams of project engineers in delivering projects and professional growth
• Supervise direct reports; evaluating annual performance, manage performance, mentor and train
