We are looking for a driven Splunk Engineering Manager to serve as the Technical Lead and senior technical authority for our centralized logging and observability platform. The successful candidate will design, optimize, and manage our Splunk infrastructure to deliver top-tier performance, security, and visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, IT Security, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of directly related experience
- 3+ years of experience as a technical lead/manager
- 5+ years of direct experience as a software architect/engineer
- Experience with various scripting technologies
- Natural curiosity and desire to solve problems, improve quality and innovate
- Strong communicator with the ability to interact with and influence senior technology leaders
- Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows and LINUX proficiency)
- Experience with Splunk 9.x/10.x
