Residential Area Coordinator

The Residential Area Coordinator works closely with colleagues to deliver an intentional co-curricular living-learning environment in undergraduate residences. The Area Coordinator will foster the growth and development of residents, respond to community concerns, and supervise student staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in higher education/student affairs administration
• Experience developing programs and initiatives for diverse student populations
• Experience with residential programs, student programming, and work in a higher education setting
