The Garden Department Assistant provides excellent customer service and supports the management in daily operations in the Garden area of the store.
Requirements
- Strong background in merchandising desirable
- Must have sufficient availability to work required schedules including weekends, nights and holidays
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, associates and managers
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle garden merchandise
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
