Job Description
We will entrust you with developing, implementing, and organizing the activities and expansion of the newly formed department, attracting SME customers, and ensuring the quality and active sale of BTA insurance products remotely.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a sales team (call center or insurance sector)
- Customer service experience and ability to implement successful sales
- Ability to motivate and align a team working towards a common goal
- Positive attitude and ability to efficiently resolve conflict situations
- Empathy and ability to work with different people
- Ability to create processes and be results-oriented
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English language skills an advantage
- B-category driving license
