Job Description
The Store Team Lead directs customer traffic, serves as first responder to customer inquiries, and directs duties of cashiers and maintenance employees. The role requires leadership, store knowledge, and communicative skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months Buc-ee's retail experience
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and overnight, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
