Operations Supervisor, Quality

Buckland is looking for an Operations Supervisor, Quality to oversee the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of customs brokerage activities, with a focus on broker referrals, updates to entry summary, audit, and the timely payment of duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or diploma in International Trade, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in custom brokerage or logistics experience.
• CCS Designation or LCHB training preferred.
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
• High level of organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with completion of complex entries.
• Able to function in a time sensitive environment.
• Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
• Valid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CND/USA/MX
