Freight Forwarding Operations Supervisor

DP World is seeking a Freight Forwarding Operations Supervisor to provide high-level support and supervision to export department. This role involves managing the daily activities of the export team, overseeing import/export procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires a strong understanding of the Freight Forwarding Industry and proficiency in MS Office and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Graduate in any field
• At least 5 years of relevant and recent experience in Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service
• Previous supervisor experience required
• Freight Forwarding – solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry
• Execution Driving Skills – ability to drive strong execution of initiatives
• Agile Skills – ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Computer Skills – intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office
• Analytical Skills – strong analytical skills, ability to analyze numbers
• Communication – effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English
