Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service Agent

DP World is seeking a Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service Agent to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. The role involves managing freight forwarding operations, account setup, invoice audits, and providing updates to airlines/ocean lines for efficient transportation. The position is not part of an official sponsorship program for visa work.

Requirements

• Manage file creation and all freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Assist with account start-up and ensure required documentation is provided.
• Monitor/audit files for compliance of estimate input, profit margin setting, and timely invoicing.
• Communicate with customers, airlines/ocean lines, and DPW internal network.
• Act quickly upon emergency situations within the life of an Air/Ocean file.
