Job Description
The Pre-Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for managing construction projects before the start of work, including feasibility studies, cost estimation, and planning. They work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the technical and financial feasibility of the project.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree or college diploma in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Experience in pre-construction phases
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Knowledge of Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, etc. systems
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of construction standards and regulations
- Solid understanding of construction techniques and alternative modes of realization specifics
- Leadership and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
