Job Description
We are looking for a maintenance supervisor to oversee the mechanical and electrical maintenance activities of the factory, ensuring continuous and conforming production to the food industry standards.
Requirements
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment
- Manage the maintenance team's schedule and prioritize tasks
- Diagnose complex failures and support the team in resolving issues
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards (HACCP, SQF)
- Collaborate with production to minimize line stops
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and the integration of new equipment
- Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators (KPI)
