Job Description
Built is a growth-stage company revolutionizing the construction industry by providing a centralized platform for all stakeholders. As the Associate Director, Principal Solutions Consultant, you will lead a team responsible for onboarding Built’s Lender clients, ensuring efficient and effective adoption of the platform and maximizing value. This consultative role requires a deep understanding of the finance industry, client needs, and Built’s technology, translating the financial world into the company's platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Finance Industry
- 3+ years of experience in FinTech or SaaS project management
- Proven experience leading and managing a team, particularly in client onboarding or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to drive process improvements and adapt to changing client needs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
