Junior Trader- Czech Republic (based in Usti or available to commute)

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing trading company specializing in the international trade of agricultural commodities. We are seeking a determined and ambitious Junior Trader who wants to join our team and learn the art of trading agricultural commodities.

Requirements

• No experience needed
• University degree in economics, finance, business, agribusiness, logistics and/or another relevant field
• Market Interest: Demonstrated interest in financial markets, particularly agricultural commodities
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly analyze complex data and draw conclusions
• Numerical Aptitude: Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
• Language Skills: Fluent in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of German and English language is preferred
• IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (functions, pivot tables); experience with other analytical tools is an advantage
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proactivity: Self-starter, proactive approach to work, and willingness to learn new things
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team
