Join Bunnings as an Operations Manager and be responsible for daily operations, sales, and stock management in a warehouse environment. Lead a team of 50+ direct reports and develop strategies for long-term growth. Monitor customer service levels, sales, and stock accuracy, while fostering a safe and engaged work environment.

- Engaging in regular safety walks and audits
- Monitoring department performance against sales, margin, and wage targets
- Driving stock accuracy routines and overseeing stocktake activities
