Job Description
As a Care Assistant at Bupa's Croft House Care Home, you will provide person-centred care to support independence and honour residents' choices. You will work as part of a team to deliver the highest standards of care, ensuring residents live a life they truly love.
Requirements
- Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements
- Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and document changes
- Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs
- Provide essential physical and mental stimulation
- Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements
