We are seeking a Direct Sales Advisor to manage and convert leads generated through the Standard Chartered Bank partnership, conducting remote sales via phone, video, or digital platforms and advising potential clients on suitable IPMI plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or remote sales roles within health insurance, financial services, or other regulated environments
- Background in selling to affluent or high net worth clients
- Skilled in digital communication platforms and confident managing video or phone consultations with senior clients
- Strong understanding of international private medical insurance or willingness to acquire technical product knowledge quickly
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline tools
- Local regulatory accreditation to sell insurance (e.g., Hong Kong Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Exams II & III) or willingness to obtain
- Fluency in English is essential; Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred depending on market coverage
