We are looking for a Director of Technology Resilience to lead the strategy and execution that ensures our critical technology services remain robust and recoverable during disruption.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in technology resilience or operational resilience within regulated financial services.
- Proven ability to design and execute enterprise resilience frameworks in complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO 27001 and DORA.
- Experience managing resilience risk across third parties, including cloud service providers.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with credibility at executive and board level.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, make decisions under pressure and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
