You will be responsible for managing the unit, carrying out assessments, and developing individualised care plans.

Requirements

• Valid NMC pin
• Previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
• Confident offering clinical guidance for care teams
• Effective communication and reporting skills
