Junior Business Analyst

Business Changers is a Tech Company focused on technological innovation. The Junior Business Analyst will collect, analyze, and design user requirements, and support the development and testing phase to implement processes with the client product.

Requirements

• Experience in the role
• Ability to manage End 2 End processes from requirement collection to delivery in operation
• Good interpersonal and interaction skills with the internal team and the final customer
• Experience in projects in the Local Public Administration sector
• Strong analysis, documentation writing, and specification writing skills, both textual and graphical (workflow)
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Good relational skills and knowledge of Functional Analysis methodologies (requirement collection, test case definition, etc.)
