Butternut Box is seeking a Head of Social & Community to join their Brand & Creative team. The role involves defining and implementing social media and community vision, driving creative content and production, and leading a team of video editors and social media managers.
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing and scaling social brand channels within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Significant experience in developing full funnel creative, including paid and organic content strategy and leading creative production both in-house and with agencies
- Natural communicator, confident in influencing stakeholders and leadership across multiple markets
- Strong ability to build, mentor, and lead the social team, driving alignment with company objectives and fostering a happy, high-performing culture
