Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant / Assistant Paralegal to support our legal department in a fast-paced mortgage banking environment.
Requirements
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare expense reports and coordinate travel arrangements for legal department leadership
- Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Prepare overnight packages for lender releases
- Process invoices, track legal department expenses, and manage vendor relationships
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with document preparation, review, and organization for loan transactions
- Maintain and organize contract files, closing documents, and corporate records
- Support entity management, including state registrations and corporate filings
- Assist senior paralegal with mortgage releases, due diligence and document production in response to audits or examinations
