Job Description
BWXT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in the nuclear industry, specifically within the CNL project. The role focuses on achieving financial, technical, and client satisfaction while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of nuclear regulations, project management principles, and strong leadership abilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, science, or other relevant field.
- 10-15 years of experience in project management, 10+ years managing large-scale projects in technical or regulated environments.
- Proven success leading projects valued between $100 million and $1 billion.
- Strong experience in EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) planning and execution strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of project cost optimization, risk/opportunity management, and change control.
