Job Description
BWXT Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Welding Engineer to join their team. The role involves preparing welding procedures, qualification, supervision of welders, troubleshooting operations, and providing welding equipment needs. Requirements
- Understanding of gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc, shielded metal arc, submerged arc, and plasma arc welding processes.
- Hands-on welding proficiency not required, but practical experience is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineer.
- Knowledge of welding of ferrous and non-ferrous base metals.
- Practical experience with welding qualification and fabrication specifications.
