LAUNCH is a job program designed for people passionate about healthcare and hospitality, offering various entry-level roles within a residential setting. The program focuses on training employees to provide high-quality resident care and fosters teamwork. Each track offers 12 hours of work, with rotations determining the weekly schedule.
