Slitter Operator

Role Overview

Join CP Flex Pack's finishing team as a Slitter Operator on the 2nd shift, operating a slitter safely and efficiently to produce quality products.

What You Will Do

Operate a slitter machine, load and unload rolls, interpret written information, palletize finished goods, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to use a computer (basic computer skills)
• Basic math skills
• Good organizational skills
• Communicate well with others
• Basic reading skills
• Basic writing skills (must be legible)
• Use of minor tools (i.e. Allen wrenches)
• Use of sharp cutting tools
• Process written information (orders, SOP's, etc.)
• Common sense and planning ahead
