Cleaning Specialist

As a Cleaning Specialist at C&Z Construction, you will be responsible for cleaning homes and household items affected by fire and water damage, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment to restore properties to their original beauty.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to work in less than perfect environments (mold, smoke, and weather damage conditions)
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Be self-motivated and proactive
• Prior restoration cleaning experience preferred
• Prior cleaning and/or packing experience is preferred
• IICRC certification preferred
• Prior home cleaning experience is required
• Ability to work independently and work well with a team
• Must have valid driver’s license
