C12 is a quantum computing company based in Paris that is working to build a universal quantum computer. As a Systems Engineer, MBSE, you will play a central role in bridging fundamental research and industrial-grade engineering to shape, structure, and guide complex quantum hardware systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering within engineering-intensive industries
• Strong rigor and discipline in system definition, analysis, validation and documentation
• Proven experience taking complex hardware systems from early concept through integration, validation, and iteration under technical uncertainty
• Proven experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, including hands-on experience with MBSE platforms, system modeling, simulation, and analysis tools
• Solid background or understanding of physics, with the ability to engage deeply with scientific concepts and research
