Job Description
The Cache Operating Partner Program (COP) offers an opportunity for experienced leaders to partner with Cache as an incoming CEO/COO/VP/GM/President of a newly acquired portfolio company. This role involves providing strategic guidance, analyzing challenges, developing plans, and monitoring performance. COP focuses on providing an investment opportunity for software companies with high growth potential and a scalable business model.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience managing direct and/or indirect reports
- Extensive knowledge in operations, resource planning, business planning, and forecasting
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to protect confidential information
- Experience in managing external relations and cultivating relationships with community organizations
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
