Requirements

• ICT Manager
• Completed MBO or HBO education in ICT, System Management or comparable
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar function
• Microsoft AZ-104 and AZ-800 certified is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange (online and/or on-premise)
• Knowledge of network infrastructures (LAN/WAN, VPN, routers/switches, firewalls)
• Experience with managing Windows environments (servers and workstations)
• Experience with endpoint management (e.g. Intune, Autopilot) is a plus
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus
