Job Description
The Senior Manager will drive and oversee retail leasing including marketing and promotion of commercial spaces for a leading managing agent.
Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience in retail property, with proven team management experience
- Degree in Business, Real Estate/Building or related qualifications. Real Estate License by CEA is an added advantage
- Strong retail background with good management of leasing, marketing and operations matters
- High business acumen with excellent financial skills to handle annual budgets and conduct feasibility studies
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage the interests of the various internal and external stakeholders
