Head of Product Engineering

Snowball Print Marketing is a women-owned print marketing service provider looking for a Head of Product Engineering to conceptualize, build, and implement their digital product stack. The ideal candidate will have experience in data engineering & visualization, and scaling automation tools within a growing organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Minimum 5 years software development experience (Python preferred)
• Solid understanding of databases, SQL, and data governance principles
• Experience in leading initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders, and running multiple projects or work-streams simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate product goals into clear, actionable steps that create meaningful customer experiences
• Experience in product management, automation technologies, and data visualization
