Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- HBO work and thinking level
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Seat
- Experience with STARR interview techniques
- Experience with recruitment (marketing) and hunting automation
- Affinity with IT profiles, preferably within Microsoft/.NET and data
- Affinity with AI and new trends in recruitment
- Preferably experience with Recruitee
- Interest in using tooling, automation, and AI to work smarter
