Job Description
Caesars New Orleans is seeking an experienced Table Games Dealer to play all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining high customer service standards. The role offers a fun and exciting atmosphere within a family-friendly company, focused on providing exceptional experiences to guests. This position requires strong communication skills, compliance with Caesars Entertainment's standards, and a commitment to teamwork.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a basic math test and ace a Caesars audition (gaming skills)
- Proficiently deal at a minimum of one major game and one year of prior dealing experience
- Excellent employee and customer service skills
- Ability to pass a background check and meet pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items as necessary
