Job Description
The Food Runner is responsible for maintaining food flow and service from food line to customer, providing quality food and service to Harrah's guests, and adhering to sanitary and safety requirements.
Requirements
- At least 6 months kitchen experience in a high volume establishment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ability to uplift 70 pounds and be able to reach across tables
- Ability to push or pull 300 lbs. on a cart or dolly
