Job Description
This part-time Dealer position involves creating and maintaining a fun party atmosphere at an extended game time. The Dealer will conduct assigned games, greet guests, control game pace, exchange cash, and ensure game protection. They must adhere to IGC Regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Conduct assigned game(s) according to established procedures
- Greet guests with a bright, enthusiastic smile and verbal greeting
- Control game pace and inform the Table Games Floor Supervisor of any request
- Generate fun and excitement
- Exchange cash for gaming chips
- Responsible for game protection and game control
- Know and abide by IGC Regulations
