Job Description
This full-time Maintenance position at an Elizabeth, IN property involves maintaining physical structures, grounds, and equipment in a similar to new condition. The role requires installing, repairing, and servicing various refrigeration and air conditioning systems, electrical components, and piping, alongside ongoing material review and documentation.
Requirements
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Knowledge of building codes
- Minimum 3 years experience in a primary trade
