Job Description
Provide top-tier customer service, adhere to company and gaming control board rules, and resolve customer disputes. Required: 1 year of cash handling experience, basic computer knowledge, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements
- Flexible availability
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.)
- 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting
- H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 21+ years of age or older
- Pass a background check
- Able to obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions if deemed necessary
