Analytics Engineer

CAICAI Software builds digital work execution platforms and software solutions that help manufacturing businesses operate with greater clarity and control. We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to own the transformation layer and customer-facing analytics for our SaaS platform serving seafood processors, distributors, and logistics operators.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an analytics engineering, BI engineering, or senior data analyst role
• Experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP); Azure preferred
• Strong dbt skills — modeling patterns, testing, documentation, and incremental strategies
• Advanced SQL and Python skills, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization in Snowflake
• Experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift)
• Proficiency with Git for version control
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into data models
• Strong communication skills — you will work directly with product and customer-facing teams
