Requirements

• Professional title CPA or any other relevant title or certification
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in external audit, internal audit, or financial governance
• Excellent knowledge of internal controls, Quebec regulation 52-109, or the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
• In-depth knowledge of financial practices and concepts, investment process-related processes, controls required in an IT environment
• Very good understanding of English, both orally and in writing
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel)
• Excellent mastery of French, both orally and in writing
