Manager, Supply Chain

Cala Health is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the entire production material flow, from raw material procurement to final product distribution. The ideal candidate will optimize logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies
• Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers
• Maintain optimal inventory levels
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Team
• Identify and track performance metrics
• Generate purchase orders
• Set up Kanban cards
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
• Work closely with contract manufacturers
• Work with Finance to confirm material costs rollups
• Assist the Quality Team in processing RMAs
