Job Description
Calderys Group is seeking an Installation Supervisor for the South Netherlands, responsible for planning, supervision, and successful execution of oven manufacturing projects. The role involves coordinating team members, ensuring HSE compliance, delivering projects on time and within budget, and maintaining detailed documentation. The supervisor will also contribute to departmental meetings and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Completed MBO/HBO education.
- Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- VA-VOL (Safety for Operational Leaders) certification.
- Valid driver's license B.
- Proficient in Dutch (spoken and written); basic English and German knowledge.
- Strong skills in leadership, planning and communication.
- Familiarity with fire-resistant materials, oven manufacturing and relevant safety and working regulations.
- Comfortably working in industrial and challenging environments.
