Job Description
As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will provide the best shoe store experience for every customer, create a welcoming environment, and take on additional responsibilities to drive sales and achieve goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
- Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
- Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements of the role
- Basic computer skills
