Business Development Executive

Join Calian's Nuclear division as a Business Development Executive to grow and protect key enterprise accounts, expand our footprint across Canada's nuclear sector, and develop long-cycle relationships that translate into multi-year contracts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Working knowledge of nuclear services
• Familiarity with the Canadian regulatory environment (CNSC), utility procurement processes, and project delivery models
• Experience supporting or leading capture and proposal efforts for government or utility contracts
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms and pipeline management disciplines
