Credentialing Coordinator
2-5 years of hospital credentialing experience, knowledge of medical credentialing and privileging procedures, high school diploma or GED
Calvary Care Technician (CNA/HHA/PCT)
High school diploma, nursing assistant or equivalent, and certifications required
Attending NP
3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a palliative care setting, advanced degrees in healthcare administration, and current licenses
Service Coordinator
High School Diploma required. Some college preferred. 1 year of clerical experience
Associate Physician (Per Diem)
Medical degree, NY State License, and certification from ABIM or ABFP
Admission Nurse (Brooklyn/Queens/Nassau)
2+ years acute care experience, current nursing license, driver's license, and vehicle insurance
Registered Nurse - Night Shift - (7PM - 7:15A) - Full-Time/Part-Time
Registered Nurse License, BLS, Associate degree (BSN Preferred)
Environmental/Laundry Services (Per Diem)
High School diploma, previous experience, and basic calculation skills required
Vice President of Quality and Safety
10 years of experience, Master's degree, certification in quality management
Hospice Medical Social Worker
1 year bereavement counseling experience, 1 year Hospice or Home Care experience, New York State driver’s license
