Job Description
Calvary Hospital and Calvary @Home in the Bronx, New York seeks a Hospice Medical Social Worker for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have experience in bereavement counseling and hospice or home care. Requirements
- Provides medical social services, psychosocial and bereavement counseling to hospice patients and families
- Has one year of bereavement counseling experience
- Has one year of Hospice or Home Care experience
- Has a New York State driver’s license
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exhibits an ability and attitude relative to the spirit of caring and tradition at Calvary Hospital
