Facilities Manager

Role Overview

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the operations of our manufacturing plant. This includes ensuring the facilities are well-maintained, safe, and efficient, and managing all aspects of facility operations.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement maintenance schedules, lead and manage facilities teams, report to senior management, identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets and expenses, and plan and execute capital improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year accredited college or university
• 5 to 8 years of related experience in Engineering, Facility Management, or a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of plastic processing equipment such as Cooling Towers, Central Chillers, and Air Compressors
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Ability to adapt and adjust plans to meet changing needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility/ Asset management software and tools
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical
