Supervisor(a) de Manufatura (Turno Tarde)

Manufacturing Supervisor for the afternoon shift, responsible for ensuring the technical autonomy of the team and the proper functioning of operations in a factory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, flexible to other related areas
• Solid technical experience with direct action in operations, problem-solving, and leadership of teams in industrial environments
• Proven experience in a factory environment, with preference for experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry
• Knowledge of SAP, TPM, Lean, and PDCA
• Intermediate English is not mandatory, but will be considered a differential
